B&BW French Lavender Honey + Almond Honey Body Souffle

I usually don't purchase bath products from Bath & Body Works because I'm addicted to their candles or other home scents. Plus, sometimes my skin disagrees and starts breaking out or gets really itchy. I had a coupon and just so happen to be at the mall, so I dragged my friend Noel and sniffed all their new scents. Complete overload!

I am a huge sucker for beautiful packaging and these body souffles totally caught my eye! Not just with it's beautiful packaging, but the scents as well. The french lavender and honey is less lavender and more floral. The almond one... well, that was a huge let down. I originally tested it in the store and the almond scent was very prominent, but the batch I purchased smells nothing like almond and it's extremely florally. What I do love about them is that they are not greasy and absorbs quickly.

Have you guys purchased any goodies from Bath & Body Works lately? What's your favorite scent?

Love & Toast Sugar Grapefruit Hand Creme

I am a sucker for pretty packaging and love and toast gets me every single time. Margot Elena is also the creator for tokyo milk and lollialife which both has beautiful packaging and intriguing scents.

The sugar grapefruit hand creme is definitely sugary sweet with a hint of citrus. The scent lingers for quite some time and I absolutely love that their products are paraben free, phthalate free, never animal tested, no animal ingredients, no artificial colors and packing paper sources come from 100% annually renewed resources. I also purchased their prickly pear lip balm (smells AMAZING) for an upcoming giveaway so don't miss out!

MOR Lotion Set

Have you guys heard from MOR Cosmetics? I've only seen them sold at Ulta... or at least mine. The website says MOR is proudly Australian and recognised globally for its range of innovative, luxurious pampering body care and lifestyle products. The philosophy behind MOR is to provide a personalised sensory journey. We aim to awaken your senses, through creating a memorable pampering experience from the visual packaging to the product offerings.

When the Ulta near my house opened up, I discovered MOR and I literally fell in love with their lychee flower scented lotion. It has a sparkling sweet lychee flowers united with ripe Berries, soft powdery Florals and the slightest hint of Green Forest Woods. It's absolutely delicious. While I browsing Ulta the other day, I found this little hand lotion set in the clearance section and I just honestly could not pass it up.

It has Marshmallow which I thought was going to be a sweet scent, but ended up being the complete opposite. Their site says Vanilla Musk and Jasmine Flower that gloriously rapture in this pretty, feminine fragrance. Sugar dipped Rose petals with White Carnation and Cotton Candy play beautifully to create a deliciously sweet perfume.

Second up is Belladonna and the site describes it as Spring symphony of White Narcissus, Moroccan Rose and Pink Tulips enlivened with a sparkling mist of Meyer Lemon. Finally it is sweetened with a touch of French Cassis, Sandalwood, Vanilla and Musk to leave a trace of tender warmth.

I'm not really into the musky heavier scents so Marshmallow and Belladonna isn't exactly my favorite, but still wearable. The scent is very noticeable! Even after washing my hands a couple times, the Marshmallow scent was still very prominent. Each tube is only 50ml/1.7 fl oz and on their site, it retails for $12 each. I bought this set for $14.99, so definitely check out Ulta's clearance section. After checking out their website, they have even more delicious scents that I want to try out!

100% Pure Honey Almond Nourishing Body Cream

Good day lovelies,

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. :) Today's review will be on 100% Pure's Honey Almond Nourishing Body Cream. While visiting Yen in Seattle, we decided to pick up a few goodies at Ulta when I came across this organic almond body cream.
Highly nourishing, luxurious cream concentrated with potent anti-aging antioxidants, vitamins, skin softening fruit oils and moisturizing cocoa and avocado butters. Delicious smelling body cream will immediately hydrate, soften and feed your skin nutrients for a healthy, glowing complexion. Truly, 100% Pure - never any artificial fragrances, synthetic chemicals, toxic preservatives, or any other unsafe ingredients. Made only with the highest quality, organic nutrients for your skin.

When I pick a lotion, the first thing I look for is the scent. If I don't like the scent, I pretty much won't buy it. This cream smells like almond pastries in a good way. Yen's first reaction was "I wan't to eat it!" Also, it's completely organic so I know I'm not putting any harsh chemicals on my skin. It moisturizes pretty well and isn't too heavy. However, I still prefer to use it on top of my normal lotion so I don't use it too quickly. For $15 a tube, I want it to last a while. If you have normal skin, this should do an adequate job of hydrating your skin. If you have dry skin/eczema like me, you'll want to use this just as a once in a while thing in addition to your everyday moisturizer. There are so many other things I want to try from this company such as their makeup and body scrubs. Overall, I would repurchase this again. Thank you for reading and have a great rest of your Monday. <3

September Birchbox

I finally cancelled Birchbox this morning, so this is my last box. I've only been with them since around March, but after joining Glossybox, I honestly don't get too excited for Birchbox anymore. Plus, this is possibly my only second favorite box out of all of them. September's box was focused on Fashion Week and the Fall season, so birchbox teamed up with Color Club to create a couple custom shades. I'm so excited that i received Insta-This which is like a cobalt blue which is one of the most popular colors right now.

Other than the nail polish, I am so excited for Skin, An Apothecary soy body whip in Poppy. The scent itself is really light and floral. I like that it doesn't make my skin greasy either. Twirl by Kate Spade is my kind of perfume. Adding that to my wishlist of perfumes. As for the twistbands, it's my first and the concept itself is cool, but I feel like you can run out to Joann's and make your own! I also received Jouer matte moisture tint which isn't my exact color, but I feel like if I used it, it'd give me a nice tan look. I think this is my third Jouer sample and I just don't like them. First off, ALL their samples are really tiny and it's more of a one time use. Lastly, I received Hollywood fashion tape. HMM. I can't complain TOO much since I did see someone receive the plastic ziploc bag. I have no clue what I'm going to do with these, but I'll keep it just in case.

Insta-This by Color Club full size $8
Jouer Matte Moisture Tint full size $38
Twirl by Kate Spade NY full size $18-80
Soy Body Whip in Poppy by Skin, An Apothecary full size $27
Lace Twistband set of 6-12 $14-22
Hollywood Fashion Tape full size $4.99-$8.99

Alessandro International Pedix Feet

My feel gets dry easily from wearing flip flops practically year round and lets face it, I do not wear socks. EVER. I feel like they suffocate my toes. Silly I know. I've tried lots of foot lotions in the past, which do work if I'm consistence in applying every night, which I don't after a week. Like I said, I just hate wearing socks. I do get pedicures from time to time whether at home or at the nail salon. I'm always up to try new feet products for my disgustingly dry feet, so when I received some as a sample, I was excited to try it.

The ultimate savior for rough, dry feet! This luxurious cream, enriched with MarinaVital complex, helps prevent the build-up of hard skin with long lasting results. The soothing and effective combination of shea butter, allantoin and tea tree oil provides intensive protection and nourishes skin, leaving it soft and supple.

Benefits

Prevents the formulation of callus
Deepactingcare
Nourishes dry feet with the exclusive MarinaVital® complex and essential oils

Just like all foot creams and lotions, it has the peppermint-like scent, but I feel like this one is a lot more mild than most. I wish the lotion was thicker to really get into all my nooks and crannies. Overall, it was okay. I wasn't very consistent in using the product, but after one use, I did feel like my feet was a little softer. Would I purchase? No. I feel like you can get a cheaper and equally as good product from your local drugstore.
